Enterprise House is located in Southbank Business Park in central Kirkintilloch. It opened in 1996 as a business centre offering first stage accommodation specifically aimed at new start and young companies. The package, offering affordable serviced office accommodation and a range of associated business services, has proved to be a highly successful model and one that continues to attract a variety of businesses, including many new starts.

Enterprise House contains 23 ground floor office suites ranging in size from 200 – 300 sq ft making them ideal for smaller businesses although tenants can take on more than one suite subject to availability if more space is required at any time. Licence Fees are inclusive of rent and common service charges with tenants responsible for their own rates, energy charges and other standard business overheads. Licence Agreements are available on 1 or 2 year easy in/out terms and can be renewed at the end of each Licence period.
