Kirkintilloch Campus Phase 2
Kirkintilloch Campus marks the second phase of Campus development on Southbank Business Park in a prime location overlooking the Forth and Clyde Canal. The first phase was originally built by East Dunbartonshire Development Company in 2002 and subsequently sold to Cumbernauld College, the present owners, in 2006. The new extension provides a further 8,000 sq ft of lettable space in a light, airy building designed to a high specification. As a Class 4 building, Kirkintilloch Campus Phase 2 provides an ideal environment for training, learning and educational business activities.
